Excerpt from Art. 3 of the following Regulations:

1. In the event of cancellation by 15th October, 2025, inclusive, the Applicant is obliged to cover the cost of 400 PLN net + VAT for each registered Participant.
2. In the event of cancellation after 15th October 2025, the Applicant is obliged to pay 100% of the net value of the participation cost for each registered Participant affected by the cancellation, plus applicable VAT.

REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE  42ND EuroPOWER & RES POWER Conference "Conference" hereinafter referred to as "Regulations".

Art. 1

Rules of participation in the Conference

1. Participation in the Conference is conditional upon the registration of Participants (as defined in Article 2.5) by completing the registration form via the website www.mmcpolska.pl and paying the participation fee by the indicated deadline.
2. The cost of participation of one Participant in the Conference is, depending on the date of registration:
1. Price:
   2995 PLN + 23% VAT until 15th October 2025
   3595 PLN + 23% VAT after 15th October 2025.
3. The price of participation in the Conference includes lectures and post-conference materials.
4. The deadline for submissions is 6th November 2025.
5. The date of delivery of the application shall be the date on which it is received at the Organiser's email address.
6. An application is considered valid and confirmed upon receipt, at the email address indicated by the Applicant, of an email containing an application confirmation and a pro-forma invoice.
7. The submission of an application in accordance with the above paragraphs is a binding agreement. It is tantamount to reading the contents of these Regulations and accepting the terms and conditions contained herein, including payment for submission.
8. Participation in the Conference includes:
1. capturing the image of Participants in the form of analogue or digital photographs, streaming on the Internet, videograms or audiovisual works during the Conference;
2. Processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of 10th May, 2018 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) on the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), including, in particular, through the wearing by Participants in a visible place of identification badges including the following personal data: first name, last name, company.

Art. 2

General provisions

1. The Organiser of the 42nd EuroPOWER & RES POWER Conference (hereinafter: "Conference") is MM Conferences S.A., based in Warsaw (00-193), at 2 Stawki Street (hereinafter: "Organiser").
2. The Conference shall be held at the place and time designated by the Organiser.
3. These Regulations are an integral part of the application for participation, which is made by completing the application form available on the website referred to in Article 1.1.
4. "Applicant" is the entity that, by completing the forms, registers the Participant (s) of the Conference and makes payment on the basis of the pro-forma invoice received.
5. "Participant" is the person(s), notified by the Applicant, who are entitled to participate in the Conference.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to select applications, in particular to reject those submitted by entities engaged in activities that are competitive to the Organiser.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to change the program, location of the Conference and/or presenters.

Art. 3

Payment and cancellation

1. Payment, in accordance with the pro-forma invoice received, must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the invoice, but before the day of the Conference, if the application concerns it, to the bank account number indicated on the invoice.
2. Cancellation of participation in the Conference, if any, may be made at any time, subject to the following paragraphs.
3. Cancellation of participation in the Conference, if any, must be made in writing, by priority mail, to the address of the Organiser's headquarters indicated in Art. 2(1).
4. The "Day of Notification of Cancellation" is considered to be the date the notice is postmarked.
5. In the event of cancellation by October 15, 2025, inclusive, the Applicant is obliged to cover the cost of 400 PLN net + VAT for each registered Participant.
6. In the event of cancellation after 15th October 2025, the Applicant is obliged to pay 100% of the net value of the participation cost (for each enrolled Participant) affected by the cancellation, plus applicable VAT.
7. If, despite the cancellation, the Participant(s) took part in the Conference, if any (in a situation where the Conference takes place after the Cancellation Notification Date and before the date of delivery of the cancellation to the Organizer), the Notifier is obliged to pay the full amount for the participation of those who did not take part in the Conference.
8. Suppose the Applicant is a natural person and the application is unrelated to their business activities. In that case, the resignation can be made within 14 days from the date of application, in writing, by priority mail, to the Organiser's registered office address as indicated in Article 1(1).
9. If a Conference, if any, is held prior to the expiration of the 14-day cancellation period and prior to the Cancellation Notification Date referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 above, and the application was for participation in the Conference, the Applicant will be charged the full costs, according to the pro-forma invoice received.
10. Failure to cancel participation and attend the Conference, if any, and the application was for participation in the Conference, will result in a charge for the full cost of participation.
11. Failure to make a payment does not constitute cancellation of participation.
12. Another person may participate in the Conference, if applicable, instead of the Participant, provided that the application was for participation in the Conference and the details of the substitute person are sent by email within 7 (seven) days prior to the Conference.
