1. General provisions

This Privacy and Cookie Policy defines the principles of processing personal data obtained through the Website. www.mmcpolska.pl.

The Privacy and cookie files policy contains first of all the principles concerning the processing of personal data by the Administrator on the Website, including the basis, purposes and scope of personal data processing and the rights of data subjects, as well as information concerning the use of cookies and analytical tools on the Website.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter "the Regulation".

The Administrator shall take special care to respect the privacy of visitors to the Website. www.mmcpolska.pl.

The Administrator guarantees the confidentiality of all personal data provided and ensures that all security and personal data protection measures required by the regulations on personal data protection are taken. Personal data are collected with due diligence and properly protected against access by unauthorized persons.
The Administrator does not collect or process sensitive data, referred to in the Regulation as "special categories of personal data". He also does not want to collect or process data of minors under the age of 16.

2. User rights

The user has the following rights resulting from the processing of his/her personal data:

Right to request access to personal data - the User has the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes his personal data and, if so, is entitled to access the data and receive information on data such as the purpose of the processing, categories of data, information on recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be disclosed, the planned period of storage of personal data or the criteria for determining this period; this right also includes the right to receive a copy of the data free of charge (for any subsequent copies requested by the User, the Administrator may charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs),
the right to rectify personal data (if they are incorrect), including the right to request the supplementation of incomplete personal data,
the right to delete personal data (the so-called "right to be forgotten"), in the following circumstances: when the User's personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, the User has withdrawn his consent to their processing and there is no other basis for data processing, the User has objected to the processing, personal data have been unlawfully processed, personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for in European Union law or the law of the Member State to which the Administrator is subject, personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services,
the right to limit the processing of data when: The User questions the correctness of personal data (for a period allowing the Administrator to verify the correctness of such data), the processing is unlawful and the User opposes the deletion of the data, the Administrator no longer needs personal data for the purposes of processing but is nevertheless necessary for the User to establish, enforce or defend claims, the User has lodged an objection to the processing - until such time as it is determined whether the legally justified grounds on the part of the Administrator are superior to the grounds for the User's objection.

the right to transfer data, including the right to receive from the Administrator in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data provided by the User, including the right to request that personal data be sent by the Administrator directly to another Administrator (if technically possible),
the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time (the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent given prior to its withdrawal),
the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the User considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

3. Data entrustment

For the proper functioning of the Web Site, including the performance of concluded Sales Agreements, it is necessary for the Administrator to use the services of external entities. The Administrator uses only the services of such processing entities, which provide sufficient guarantees of implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of the Regulation and protects the rights of data subjects.

The Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities: service providers providing the Administrator with technical, IT and organisational solutions (in particular computer software providers, e-mail and hosting providers and providers of business management software, customer contact and technical assistance to the Administrator), entities organising events together with the Administrator, entities providing accounting and HR services - the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the User available to a selected provider acting on its behalf only in the case and to the extent necessary to achieve the given purpose of data processing in accordance with this privacy policy.
All entities to which the Administrator entrusts the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.

The Administrator may be obliged to provide information collected by the Site to authorized authorities on the basis of lawful demands in the scope resulting from the request.

4. Selected purposes of processing, storage period and scope of data:

Purpose of processing: to contact the Administrator by e-mail.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until revocation of the consent by the User and after revocation of the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: e-mail address, data voluntarily included in the content of the message by the User.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the impossibility to contact the Administrator by e-mail.

Purpose of processing: recruitment.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until the moment of revoking the consent by the User and after revoking the consent, for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: name, surname, e-mail address and data voluntarily included in the content of the message.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be inability to take part in the recruitment process.

Purpose of processing: to contact the Administrator via the contact form.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until the moment of revoking the consent by the User and after revoking the consent, for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: name, surname, e-mail address, data voluntarily included in the content of the message.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the impossibility to establish contact with the Administrator through the contact form.

Purpose of processing: sending marketing information about the Administrator's and its partners' products or services.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until revocation of the consent by the User and after revocation of the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: e-mail address.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to receive marketing information.

Purpose of processing: conclusion and performance of a contract with a Customer.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - contract.
Storage period: until it is necessary for the performance of the contract or for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him (legal basis: Civil Code, Journal of Laws Dz. 1964 No. 16, item 93
i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025).
Scope of data: name, surname, company, position, department, e-mail address, telephone number of the Participant; name, surname, position, department, e-mail address, telephone number of the Entrant.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be inability to participate in the event.

Purpose of processing: to issue an invoice.
Legal basis: fulfilment of the legal obligation to issue an invoice - Article 6(1)(c) RODO in conjunction with Article 106b(1)(b)(1)(c) of the VAT Code. 1 of the VAT Act (Journal of Laws of 2004 No. 54, item 535, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1221).
Storage period: until the expiry of the statute of limitations for the tax liability (legal basis: Act on the tax on goods and services Dz.U. 2004 No. 54, item 535 t.j. Dz.U. of 2017, item 122).
Scope of data: name and surname, company name, address, NIP, REGON, telephone number, e-mail address.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to issue an invoice.

Purpose of processing: event recommendation.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until the moment of revoking the consent by the User and after revoking the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which may be raised by the Administrator and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: name, surname, position, company, e-mail address.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to issue recommendations.

Purpose of the processing: to apply for journalistic accreditation.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - contract.
Storage period: until it is necessary for the performance of the contract or for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her (legal basis: Civil Code, Journal of Laws Dz. 1964 No. 16, item 93
i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025).
Scope of data: name, surname, position, e-mail address, telephone number, editorial office, department, type of accreditation.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to report journalistic accreditation and take part in the event as a journalist.

Purpose of the processing: publication of the image.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation - consent.
Storage period: until the moment of revoking the consent by the User and after revoking the consent for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him/her.
Scope of data: image.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the impossibility of publication of photos and video recordings with the image by the Administrator.

Purpose of processing: concluding and performing an agreement with the Speaker.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - contract.
Storage period: until the moment when it is necessary to perform the contract or for a period of time corresponding to the period of limitation of claims which may be raised by the Administrator and which may be raised against him/her (legal basis: Civil Code, Journal of Laws Dz. 1964 No. 16, item 93
i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025).
Scope of data: name and surname, position, company name, e-mail address, telephone number of the speaker and name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number of the contact person appointed by the speaker.
The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to take part in the event as a speaker.

Processing purpose: participation in the Competition.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation - contract.
Storage period: until it is necessary for the performance of the contract or for a period of time corresponding to the statute of limitations of claims which the Administrator may raise and which may be raised against him (legal basis: Civil Code, Journal of Laws Dz. 1964 No. 16, item 93
i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025).
Scope of data: name and surname, position, company name, e-mail address, telephone number. The consequence of not providing the above data will be the inability to take part in the Competition.

5. Web traffic analysis and cookies, social plugins

We use so-called "cookies" when you visit our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information about you.
