Excerpt from Article 3 of the following Regulations:

1. In case of cancellation by 18 April 2025 inclusive, the Applicant is obliged to pay PLN 400 net + VAT for each registered participant.
2. In case of cancellation after 18th April 2025, the Applicant is obliged to pay 100% of the net value of the participation cost, for each registered participant affected by the cancellation, plus applicable VAT.

REGULATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE 20th Smart City Forum (access to GOLD zone and Gala)—PLATINUM package "PLATINIUM package" is hereinafter referred to as "Regulations."

Article 1

Participation Rules in the PLATINUM package

Access to the PLATINUM package is conditional on the Participants' application (as defined in Article 2(5)), which must be completed by completing the application form via the website www.mmcpolska.pl and paying the participation fee by the indicated deadline.

1. Cost of participation of one Participant in PLATINUM package
1. Price:
   PLN 2695 + 23% VAT until 18th March 2025
   PLN 3195 PLN + 23% VAT after 18th March 2025.
2. The PLATINUM package price includes access to the networking and lunch area in the GOLD zone, a seat at a table at the Gala, and dinner.
3. The price of participation in the PLATINUM package does not include accommodation.
4. The deadline for submissions is 11th June 2025.
5. The date of delivery of the application is considered to be the date of its receipt at the Organizer's email address.
6. An application is valid and considered confirmed upon receipt, at the e-mail address indicated by the Applicant, of an e-mail with an application confirmation and a pro forma invoice.
7. Submission of an application in accordance with the above paragraphs is a binding agreement, tantamount to reading the contents of these Regulations and accepting the terms and conditions contained herein, including payment for submission.
8. Participation in the PLATINUM package includes:
1. capturing the image of Participants in the form of analogue or digital photographs, streaming on the Internet, videograms or audiovisual works during the Conference and Gala;
2. Processing of personal data in accordance with the Act of May 10th, 2018 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) on the protection of personal data and the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), including, in particular, through the wearing by Participants in a visible place of identification badges including the following personal data: first name, last name, company.

Article 2

General Provisions

1. The Organizer of the 20th Smart City Forum—PLATINUM package (hereinafter: "Package PLATINUM") is MM Conferences S. A., based in Warsaw (00-193), at 2 Stawki Street (hereinafter: "Organizer").
2. The Conference and Gala are held at the place and time designated by the Organizer.
3. These Regulations are an integral part of the application for participation, which is made by completing the application form through the website referred to in Article 1(1).
4. "Applicant" is the entity that, by completing the forms, registers the participant(s) of the Conference/Package and Gala and makes payment on the basis of the pro-forma invoice received.
5. "Participant" is the person(s), notified by the Applicant, who is entitled to participate in the Conference/Package and Gala.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to select applications, in particular, to reject applications submitted by entities engaged in activities competitive to the Organizer.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program, location of the Conference/Package, gala, and/or presenters.

Payment and cancellation

1. Payment, in accordance with the proforma invoice received, must be made within 7 (seven) days of its receipt; however, before the day of the Conference/Package, if the application refers to it, to the bank account number indicated thereon.
2. Cancellation of participation in the Conference/Package, if any, may be made at any time subject to the following paragraphs.
3. If you wish to cancel your participation in the Conference/Package, you must do so in writing, by priority mail, to the address of the Organizer's headquarters indicated in Article 2(1).
4. The "Day of Submission of Cancellation", is considered to be postmarked.
5. In case of cancellation by 18th April 2025 inclusive, the Applicant is obliged to cover the cost of PLN 400 net + VAT for each registered participant.
6. In case of cancellation after 18 April 2025, the Applicant is obliged to pay 100% of the net value of the participation cost (for each enrolled participant) affected by the cancellation, plus applicable VAT.
7. If, despite the cancellation, the Participant(s) attended the Conference/acquired access to the PLATINUM Package, if any (in case the Conference takes place after the Cancellation Submission Date and before the date of delivery of the cancellation to the Organizer), the Applicant is obliged to pay the full amount for the participation of those who did not attend the Conference/acquired access to the PLATINUM Package.
8. If the Applicant is a natural person and the application is not related to his/her business activity, the resignation can be made in writing, by priority mail, to the Organizer's registered office address indicated in Article 1(1) within 14 days from the date of application.
9. If a Conference, if any, is held prior to the expiration of the 14-day cancellation period and prior to the Cancellation Submission Date referred to in Articles 3 and 4 above, and the submission was for participation in the Conference, the Applicant will be charged the full costs, according to the proforma invoice received.
10. Failure to cancel participation and not attending the Conference or taking advantage of the PLATINUM Package, if it was organized and the application was for participation in it, will result in charging the full cost of participation.
11. Failure to make a payment does not constitute cancellation of participation.
