I declare that the amount due will be transferred to the account of MM Conferences SA: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. 94 1240 1037 1111 0010 2616 6259 on the date indicated on the invoice. At the same time, we declare that we have read the terms and conditions of participation and undertake to pay all amounts resulting from this agreement. We authorize MM Conferences SA to place the company's trademark (logo) on the website www.mmcpolska.pl in the section Our Clients.

I agree to the processing of my personal data in the form of an image in the form of photographs and video recordings of the events organized by the Administrator for the purpose of posting on the Administrator's website / profiles in social media / marketing materials. Giving consent is voluntary.

I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC for the purpose of sending marketing information on the products or services of the Administrator and its partners (you will find the current list of partners here). Consent is voluntary.

I agree to receive commercial information by electronic means in accordance with the Act on Electronic Provision of Services of 18 July 2002. (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144 item 1204) by the Administrator. Giving consent is voluntary.

I agree to use telecommunications terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for the purposes of direct marketing, in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 243, as amended) by the Administrator. The consent is voluntary.
